‘Since having an operation which has left me on crutches, I find it very difficult to get out to the supermarket. I do not drive and live in a flat on the top floor. It is hard for me to manage the stairs on some days so I use Vienna’s service to help me with my shopping. I will call Vienna and give her my shopping list which she then delivers to my door. If I can manage to get out, Vienna will pick me up and we will go shopping together. Vienna is always prompt and on time and very helpful with packing and unpacking my shopping.
